Cabana. DDS. About the Speaker. Private
practice in Murcia and Alicante, Spain.
Mrs. Cabana has a degree in dentistry from the University
of Cordoba, Argentina (1989) and from the University of Granada, Spain.
She also has a degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics
from Paul Sabatier University, France. Mrs. Cabana presented her Minor
Thesis on Microimplants in Orthodontics at the University of Toulouse.
Mrs. Cabana belongs to the College Europeen d¡¯Orthodontie
(European College of Orthodontics) and to the SEDO (Spanish Association
of Orthodontics). She works as an Orthodontist in Alicante and Murcia,
Spain. Mrs. Cabana has been a lecturer in Clinical-Practical and Theoretical
Courses on microimplants (MIA). Mrs. Cabana and Mr. Parmigiani have
written the chapter ¡°Microimplants in Orthodontics¡±, Chapter 11.6,
included the book ¡°Therapeutic and Postural Diagnosis Basis in Craniofacial
Functionalism¡±, volume III, Ripano Editorial, 2008.
At present, Mrs. Cabana is an assistant professor
in a Master on Orthodontics in the University of Murcia, Spain, where
she is also carrying out an experimental research project on AbsoAnchor
microimplants.
